Case Category Update
Do you guys know how much time it takes to update I-130 case category from F2A to IR-1/CR-1 after naturalization. I have spoken to live agent over phone and was informed that I will receive a confirmation email but Till now there’s no response from them.

I sent them a letter after naturalization & 1 month later everything was approved . I never called no agent or anything

I send a letter , call them twice and chat . they said that I will receive a confirmation email in 30 days. now is 40 days and nothing is happened. every time I contact them they say just wait.
