@green girl I’m on EB2 Cross Chargeability too. After completing Biometrics, did you notice Case Status on USCIS Account mark completed for Interview or was it marked completed only for Biometrics? As soon as I completed Biometrics, my USCIS Account Case Progress marked Interview Step as complete too. Not sure if I should interpret this as Interview waived.
Green GirlSep 21, 2025
@A Balas mine was also completed for interview but then I got an interview. I wouldn’t assume waived

I am in the same cross chargeablility boat, RD is 30th July and biometrics are 26th August, some ghost apis after that. any idea when I can see some updates.

@green girl were you not current during the entire year ? I am surprised that they did an interview if priority date is not current
Green GirlOct 7, 2025
@a y I was current until the visas ran out for the year. back to being current now. still waiting on a decision

I hope you hear back soon. This is such an annoying process.Even uscis says that average processing time is 10 months and I think you are over that limit
Green GirlOct 7, 2025
thanks so much @a y! yes we are at 10 months. wishing you all the best in this process as well!
