Hi all. my I485 been transferred to another service center for processing. someone can explain if this mean that goes faster or slower.? 765/131 still in NSC but not sure where the 485 goes.

If it goes to National Benefit Center, you’re on your way to an approval. If it’s sent to the local office then the interview is coming your way and if it goes to Texas Service Center…..then good luck :)….it will be long before TSC approves it :(!!!!

Mine also got transferred this morning per the website. It’s been pending over 130 days after submitting response for medical RFE. I am hoping it gets done faster and we get the green card 💫

letter said been transferred to NBC so i believe as next step is to receive the RFE letter

@june: Nice, what’s the I-485 processing times for NBC? I confirmed that mine was also transferred to NBC but don’t see times on the website. Any ideas?

processing time said it’s the same 10 to 20 months but in lawfully give the highest chance for approval until june. nebraska is until oct.

my case was transferred today. I assume you can look at the processing times and request a service request depending on the processing times of your FO?

i think so. not sure if different field offices are more friendly than others. all that i request in mebraska was denied

just received the transferred letter and nothing else. I have one friend same company same process and same week filled. his process been transferred to nbc as well two weeks before mine and he received the 693 rfe (medical). i expect to receive soon but not sure how long will take after for approval. i doubt i will receive ead/ap. NSC just increase the time for approval

I just received the action notice that states my I-485 was transferred to NBC. Based on the comments from others it seems to be a good sign. 🤞🏻
