Congrats! When was your I-140 approved and was it concurrely filed? whemwas your case transferred to NBC? Did you respond to RFE gor medicals or you submitted with your original packet?

* My PD: 03/24/2011
* Filed Concurrently (I485, EAD/AP, I140) to NBC : 11/12/2021
* Fingerprints taken on : 12/20/2021
* I140 Approved : Some time in December 2021
* I485 case status was not updated for months, after several tier 1/tier2 calls, they said fingerprints applied on the case but status wont be updated on Online.
* Nothing happened for months (very painful days)
* Requested to expedite I765/I131 in May 2022: Request Denied
* I485 Case was transferred to NBC : 06/13/2022
* Tier 1 call said that my case moved to Reno, NV office : 06/23/2022
* Reached out to Local Congressman on the last week of July to put an inquiry to USCIS
* Case status updated as "Fingerprints taken”: 08/01/2022 (when its originally given on 12/20/2021)
* Case status updated as “Case was Approved” : 08/02/2022
