Well the first time I tried it was over the phone and I was given a few brief moments to record a message stating why my wife's case should be considered for expediting. That attempt was denied. My second attempt I did over chat with a live agent. I was given roughly 300 words in order to type out, again, why my wife's case deserved to be expedited. I then received an email the next day asking for supporting documents. They game me 48hrs to respond. I emailed the agent all my docs along with a letter that I wrote going into more detail about the medical condition. Two days later I checked our case status and in the documents section was the approval letter for the I-130 saying that our case is now being sent to the NVC. Hope this helps.

LoL, nobody would share medical reason to any stranger…. Just research yourself. There are articles about it online. If you can’t even do this, you don’t deserve it.

One more question to make it up ,Can you share your timeline when did you make the expedite, I mean after how many months you made a request??

I made the request about a week ago. So it did not take very long. I was very surprised.
