I had my I-140 approved last year. And today I woke up to hear the excellent news, I-485 is approved.
I am sharing my story as a way to give back to the great Lawfully family that helped me remain hopeful.
I had an arrest in my record but the prosecutors had rejected my case for filing due to insufficient evidence. In my application, I included an arrest summary that specified the final disposition and a rejection letter from the prosecutors. In addition, my attorney and I wrote two letters to explain that despite my efforts, the law enforcement did not let me access the police report, thus it was not included in my application.
I am very happy today and I am sure your time will come soon too. Never lose hope and keep praying. Cheers.
