Case approved
I filed for vawa in 2020 and last year I got an ead card in the C09 category. my i360 says it has a decision and a new card is being produced. I’m curious to know if it’s the green card or another ead card that I’m about to receive, I filed for i485 concurrently with my application . thank y’all

A couple questions, if you don’t mind. Did you do your medicals when you filed or you got a RFE for medicals later?
If you did your medicals when you filed, did you have to submit it again later? Aldo, did you have to send it your birth certificate?

@Celina Jones Medical only valid for two years. Depend on case to case they might or might not be ask for Medical RFE, After approval of Vawa. Most of the case they ask for medical Rfe to waive off the interview or they send the interview notification you must take your recent medical reports to interview. congrats it’s just new ead with vawa approval if your ead comes with not valid rentry to us . you need to file i131 because for your I 485 takes more time because mine also same at least you can travel while pending your i485
