case approved but didn't receive NVC notice
I need help with that my case is approved by uscis and they send me approved and said that i must submit form 1-485 but i concerned with my lawyer he said that wait for nvc notice...they will send case no and receipt than we submit form i 485 but we didn't receive any notice from nvc. i have received approval notice from 3 months. i didn't understand what i try to do.

you should go back to the USCIS website in your account and submit a request for not receiving the approval notice to proceed to the next step, check your case approval on the website there is a link there. i got approved and i am waiting for that too

azeem khan bro yes. i received approved notice and in approved notice they said you didn't indicate that beneficiary wait imagination visa or adjust os status....i contact my lawyer and he said that wait for nvc notice than we metion this but i didn't receive nvc notice around three months after the approved notice

@Abdul, the approval notice is saying that you (the Atty) did NOT indicate whether the beneficiary is in the USA or outside the USA . if AOS( inside USA) you need 485 if consular need 824 ( I forgot the form number) either way you will NOT get NVC let until this is resolved. you need to resolve this quickly as I have heard this can be costly ( time and money).call USCIS then call Atty. You need to resolve this.
