Case approved a week after i693 was delivered
Hello everyone just want to shared with you my case was approved today April 1st! Yes a little weird it was on Saturday! Received RFE for medicals on March 16, delivered on Monday 27, and yesterday I saw a msj dawn my rfe msj on my account that they received the medicals on March 31st and was reviewing it, no case updated of rfe received and today early morning case was approved. I130 already approved from January 2022 and i485 submitted on July 2022

i sent my medical last tuesday but no update as response received no update in their system

go to your uscis account, and check down the rfe, it should show a message saying to respond this rfe. when they put in the system your response will show there, the response msj will be gone and now will show the date they received your rfe, even though the status don’t change, yesterday this msj said they received my response on March 31st, and they were reviewing it. I sent mine last Monday too, and them contact Emma representative because in Tuesday I received an email telling me to send the medical again, but that was just a system generated message, that’s what they told me. you will have a response soon too!

in my case I received an email to send my medical. Please do you need two dose of each vaccine?
