Case approved
I had the interview on march 24 and they didn’t approved me on the spot they told me that they need to check some things and they will let me know, after 8 days they approve my case.
At the interview the agent was very professional but she didn’t give me a answer about my case just if everything was good they will let me know, if not they will let me know.
If your interview is coming don’t be afraid everything is going to be fine.

I have had the same thing. the officer told me within 7 days they will let us know if either approved or if they need more details. but nothing. it has been 2 weeks now. i know they have the right to 120 days after interview to update anything. if by day 121 nothing happened - you’ve to make a request that it takes too long. :/

@dee GvanE : yeah after interview they told me wait within 120 days now 150days already , I didn’t hear anything from them

April 2,2022 it says decision (approval or denial) so that’s when you start counting the 120 days again ? I would try to reach out over Emma text and push them to tier 2! if you’re already 150 days … like I have to wait patiently until 7/19 and if nothing comes by then. 7/20 is the earliest I can request tier 2 that it’s taking too long

they are all just waiting for people to give up and they don’t have to continue working on the case anymore. just reach out and push it! you’ll get good notice soon I’m sure

The IO told me i will get feedback within 1 to 2 weeks since their system is slow,now it almost 2wks.This guys they lie nothing have changed in my case still say interview scheduled

we just have to wait for it. sadly. I am trying to focus on the positive and other things in my life. like my marriage and making a baby. school - since I have until December left till I graduate with two majors - our big wedding in may for family and friends … so many more things going on but this … it’s all in process and that’s all we can be happy for. we made it to this. this is nothing what will break us. it only makes us stronger. other countries have similar rules like here. it’s not easier either. we are in This together we will get our stronger and can advise others ! amen
