@Im a gemini cause I was not 21 when I applied for the green card. My lawyer told me there was a possibility that It might happen and yeah, he was right.

@nb c I was 20 when I applied. I’m IR2 not F1 that info is wrong. Now I’m 21 and my case took exactly 9 months to get approved. I’m in Orlando. Hope you get your green card too!

what did they ask you in the interview? i am stressed out because i have mostly seen marriage based cases here

hey bro I have a very similar case and I want to know if you had the i130 approved or they aprove the i130 and the i485 together my father summed everything when I was 20 and I just turn 21. And I’m living in miami

@federico devers same bro. My dad summed everything together cause I was going to turn 21 soon. They were approved together today. Now I’m 21 but there wasn’t a problem at all. Good luck on your case.

congratulations Stephano! so you didn’t need to wait for your PD to be current. I filed under the same category but I needed to wait for my PD to be current before I submitted AOS forms.
