what day it was approved ? did you get case update that card is being produced or approved ?

@Ahmed Ah It approved yesterday. I didn’t recieve any notification through lawfully app and I talked to USCIS person through call around 7 am today and they told me it is approved and new card is being produced.

@s i how can I call them ? do you check by phone with officer tier 2 or normal one or emma chat or just bot ? how do you usually check your status ?

@Ahmed Ah somebody shared a post in community that how to talk to USCIS person. i followed that.

@s i what exactly did you ask the agent when you got connected ? did you say please give me an update about my case status or did you say please let me talk to officer 2 tier and you asked for an update ?

same PD and no updates, but my case is transfered to California FO. Hope to hear good news soon Inshaallah

@FZer Lina since this is not local field office to you , I assume that you won’t get an interview, right ?

@Ahmed Ah I have no idea, they told me it is in Santa Anna FO while I live in Chicago

@FZer Lina I live in Chicago, too. First my case was transferred to LA FO and then after a month moved to Chicago.

There have been 3 officer reviews but still no update or RFE

@Zack Alim if it moved from LA FO to a local field office like Chicago that means probably you will have an interview , I am curious if you have been scheduled for an interview ? Are you NIW and do you have dependents ? Are you IOE or MSC ?

@s i Thank you, do you know after how long of being transferred to Baltimore FO your friend got approved ? I am trying to guess my FO in St Louis Missouri that my case has been transferred to on June 18th

@Ahmed Ah .. I don’t know when they transferred my case Baltimore. I just chat with live agent on June 24 and I found it was in Baltimore and I got the notification on June 26 that new card is being produce . So actually no idea when they sent my case on Baltimore . I have two dependents my husband and son.

my case: pd:3/10/2023 receipt date: 8/14/2024 in NBC transferred to non local office: 3/25/2025 Phenix what is your suggestion for my case, what can I do? I belive my case got stuck there

@Ahmed Ah you should go and comment on that post and let people know it works. some people are making false claims that the process doesn’t work.
