@mount laurel New Jersey this was after I contacted the congressman and USCIS said allow 90 days then follow up.. I didn’t file mandamus yet.. but I did let the congressman that I’ll proceed with mandamus and I did let let ombudsman that too… I didn’t file yet..

I would wait to file mandamus so you don’t waste that money for a lawyer

@april 2022 my wife is overseas so I didn’t apply for a work permit. yes, I’ll wait a month before I apply for the mandamus to save money. I didn’t pay the attorney yet so just preparing paperwork prior to meeting. since it’s actively reviewing ill hold off on mandamus.

thank you. as of now nothing in doc tab. I think it updates once a day.. I’ll check tomorrow morning. I got the update around 4 AM Vermont time.
