my case has been on active review since Nov 12. I filed on the 7th. anyone on the IOE092885 block PP with response yet? today is day 15. should I be worried?

@Kar NIW i140-Nov 2023’ I agree with you on this. I was working with the assumption that for most people they get a feedback with “10 days” with premium processing.

You have time until around the 2nd week of January, keep in mind that the holidays don’t count, so those days add up to the 45 business days.
