Receipt Date is March 4 2021. I got approval update on 10/12/2021
I expedited twice, no response received.
It seems NBC is now processing early March 2021 because I have seen other early March fillers got approved without expediting.
If you filed EAD earlier than March 2021 and your service centre is NBC and you have not been approved. I suggest you try to expedite so that the officer processing your case will be alerted. Because it seems some officers sleep on some people’s cases. I wish you all the best.

did your status on USCIS case status stay on expedite received when. you did your expedites?

@Hannah Romo; yes my status stayed on expedite request receipt. I called countless times and the officers told me no response yet. I even spoke to a tier 2 officer after like 45days of my first request to expedite and she told me it did not appear that USCIS want to approve my request since it was beyond 30days and that she cannot approve me because my reasons to expedite did not fall under situations that allow tier 2 officers to approve applications. I have heard of tier 2 officers approving EAD and Advance Parol applications during phone calls with them. All thanks to God, suddenly yesterday, I got approval update. My conclusion is that the request was not approved. But that might have put my case up for early processing immediately USCIS started processing early March 2021. Again, my conclusion could be wrong because I have since some early March fillers who did not try to expedite at all whose EADs were approved earlier than mine. No one can say for sure 100% how USCIS works.

@O David thank you for your response. this gives me hope I have been waiting for EAD expedite approval and nothing yet I am March 16 filer and was hopping this wouldn't affect me getting approved without the expedite. enjoy your EAD it has been a long wait for you
