Interview Dec 2024 (Philadelphia field office)
Interview: General question about I485 and some question about marriage and my ex, also ask about divorce, then a lot of “No” question.

@tee m they gave you an interview date already im from oct.20.20 vawa approved jan2024 rfe medical then rfe for i864w. then nothing its been 150days since then

hello @Tony Blessed hopefully you reply this. i’m interviewed last week in philadelphia office too and now I wonder did they tell you right away or when did you interview like what date specifically and how long you wait to receive the news?. I didn’t receive any descision yet

@crim son I had my interview at 1pm and then like 3:30pm I got an update on my case that was approved.

@cleo Viecsinski’s @wagner bradok RFE for I360 was a serious one, they ask about different topics (Abuse evidence, shelter info, photos, hospital documents, support letter form friends, affidavit from police, medical, counselors and I need to submit another statement because previous was insufficient).
I’m next for Approval, I have faith Dec 15, 2024

@chris rod Hey, They went further with the RFE. I had to do almost everything again: letters of support from friends and family, medical, psychological, and police letters, letter from the shelter where I was. I also had to re-write my statement because some words were missing to prove the abuse (The statement was Re-written for a lawyer that specializes in Vawa cases) but I share with you if you need it.
