Card is being produced
To much of my relief, after many stressful weeks and countless phone calls to uscis, and being places on unpaid leave, my I765 was finally approved yesterday after 2 denied expedite request ( both through congress) , and a third approved expedite request as Healthcare worker( I didn’t know about this option to expedite as a healthcare worker until after my second expedite denial, I am grateful that working in healthcare gave me this boost). For anyone interested, PD was June 11th, Nebraska office .
How long does it that for the card to be in hand?

what exactly do you do ? if you don’t mind sharing. I have a cna license but I haven’t been looking for a job because I don’t have an EAD. Should I look for jobs then try to expedite it ?

@VeeHayche , like JJ j said , get a job offer in healthcare and try to expedite , just be honest with the Company and tell them you might need a letter from them to support your expedite request, I too hold a cna license and was able to expedite with that so

@Youssef Yb to expedite You can either call the USCIS 1-800 number or do it only through Emma chat, when you speak with the USCIS rep and tell them you want to expedite they will ask you questions like why you want to expedite and from there you may or may not receive an email asking you to send supporting documents to why you want to expedite

Nebraska service center is processing applications now filed in June 2021. You actually haven't got any expedite processing as all June filers are getting approvals now.

@Alex B, I am just glad I am finally getting, and happy for other June filers if it’s the case for them too. When Initially called back in September I was told “ it is being actively reviewed” so I never thought it will take another 5+ months then. I was checking the USCIS processing time frequently and raised a e-request when my date was pass it
