call uscis thru phone to make sure they have the correct address on the system. I had the same experience. I was sad for a whole week. call them again to verify the address and ask them when the EAD card will be delivered again.

never do Emma. not helpful at all. Google for the uscis number. when they asked what do you need? I always said “interview appointment” even though I don’t have interview appointment. it works for me all the time since “interview appointment” will direct you to the customer service line. hope that help

this has me worried I recently did a change of address for i-485,i-765,i-131 and i-130 and got an email confirmation for just i-485. my lawyer said this is normal… should i be worried

Just spoke to USCIS. Looks like an officer takes 30 days to review change of address. We sent request to change through ar11 form on Sep 13. Which means, the change of address will actually reflect on Oct 13th. However, since my case got approved before, the card has been sent to my old address. It's Oct 8th today. I'm on my way to Sunnyvale USPS office (near my my old address) to check if I can collect it directly. USCIS representative mentioned I can try that.

She has also filed a request to re-route to my new address.

Update: Thanks everyone who helped me with suggestions! 🙏🙏 It's a miracle I got my EAD from the post office today morning.

Apparently, the USPS agent usually forwards the post to USCIS as they cannot route immigration mails directly to new address. It turns out the USPS agent had witnessed a previous case where someone's work authorization was sent back to USCIS and the person who came to pick it up started crying knowing that it was no longer with USPS. Seeing him cry, this USPS agent informed her supervisor to retain the immigration posts for 10-15 days so that someone could come there and pick up and avoid them a lot of frustration. That's how she dedicided to keep it in the post office and I was able to pick up my card. 🙏😭
