case transferred from Texas to NBC on 04/25/2022. Biometrics taken was on 12/01/2021, and it only applied to 485 on 06/27/2022 and day after 06/28/2022 says card is being produced.

medicals were not included with initial application, it was submitted after about a month, so the application could be filed before September end, as October 1 marks the start of new federal fiscal year.

Congrats NB. Good to know they are approving eb3 unskilled, cause they retroced for 2019 🥴. When did you send your medical exams after applied i485? I am asking cause my priority date is March 2021 and I sent my medical exams in september 2021 without RFE. I am a little afraid about they ask for new one or they lost mine that I sent to them in 2021. Tks
