Can we have kids?
I know that we can’t remarry. it’s easy to find info about it, but, how about having kids?
it’s been long three years and I feel I’m having to postpone a lot of things in my life. I’m no longer young enough to sit down and wait this processing times that keeps increasing every month.

I don’t think it will be a problem. USCIS can’t control or dictate on your reproductive rights. But ask your attorney for counsel anyway.!

of course you can have kids and even be be engaged. Just do not marry but other than that you can have kids,be in relationships and even be engaged with no date of marriage. I know many ladies who had kids with different men during their Vawa process

You have the right to rebuild your life with another person and have your children. I am also waiting and I have a 5-month-old baby with my current partner. My lawyer told me there is no problem as long as there is no wedding. so have your children whenever you want
