if you can, Hire an attorney for Vawa. yes people are getting things done with Vawa without attorney but Vawa is complex. I would suggest anyone working for their Vawa should get an attorney. it will save time, stress & your life. it’s an one time struggle to make your life better

Did you just say your rfe is due today? I don’t think you handling things well enough, uscis could deny your case if they don’t receive it by due date. These people are looking for ways to deny cases and you are giving them more reason to do so. If I may ask, what is your rfe about? I’m sure people here can give an insight

if you are involved in the community get those people to write you the letter all it needs to say is they know you and for how long, they can attest to your good moral conduct etc do church and any other community service you do out there. or google what should be included in a good moral conduct letter.

What @blessed & favored said. You have your personal statement, and if you're a member of a church you can reach out to the pastor. Let your friends know that uscis will not reach out to them and that this won't affect them in any way. Ask any one who knows you and can attest to the abuse. If you don't have a lawyer, you should think about getting one too.
