can I petition my kids while they already have pending petition form my wife as stepchildren?
My wife already petition my kids as stepmother… now I become US citizen and I would petition them even though they already have pending cases.
the reason to petition them again is that we responded late for RFE after daeidline and I’m afraid they may deny cases.
so, apply again could save time in case they deny them.
please share your experience, advice, and thought about it.
