@Laka k no you cannot, having a pending VAWA case doesn’t automatically qualify you for financial aid, expect if you have a prima facie which not all colleges even know what that means

yes, when you get a Prima Facie determination you have a a pathway to certain benefits, depending on the state or the school. I’m enrolled and starting classes tomorrow. Good luck !

once your vawa is approved you can get an aid under non eligible citizen . I got one

talk to the school’s financial aid advisor. call or go to the school you plan on enrolling. I have financial aid got it with pf.
