Can I apply eb2 niw
I am currently on H1B and have non USA Masters Degree in software systems. I am having total 13 yrs of IT experience.
Am I eligible for eb2 niw. And will there be any impact on the current H1B.#eb2 #eb2niw #nonusmasters

I used my Master’s degree outside the USA to apply for EB2-NIW even while I was studying to earn another Masters Degree in the USA. My petition was approved and I’m now adjusting my status. So I think that’s not a problem. I am not sure about the impact on H1B. You can check online or seek the services of an Attorney. Hope this helps.
