I been calling uscis last six month and whenever I called them they say my detail doesn’t match and they hung up the call on me

they did the same thing to me

I had the same issue . it was a long wait until a tier 2 finally called me back and was able to change it and even after the 30 days it didn’t change had to call again and they transferred me to the department that changes the address

I missed my biometrics appt because they sent it to the neighbors house. not my mistake but theirs

Its frustrating how on earth address dont match the same address l used to get through October 15.

@Smile M M Try to call them back, this time , make sure you note down a reference # number that will be given to you regarding your address change, so going forward, always refer to that reference # anytime you have address issue with them

you should download form R 11. adress change card and send it with the correct address.
