calling USCIS
Each time I call USCIS, I receive an email and a message saying they will respond within 72 hours, but I never hear back! The request to update the case was sent previously, so I'm just asking about it! is calling them will affect or delay the process?

not sure it has any effect… the past months someone made a comment that her husband called them and the next day or days they got approval..
