Calling USCIS and talking to a live agent
Guys if you haven’t done so before and/or did not know. This is how you call USCIS and speak to a live agent. I saw this on TikTok and I’ve done it twice with no issues. 1. Call 1-800-375-5283 2. When the machine ask, “ how can I help you?” say, “ I want to know about my case.” 3. When the machine ask for you receipt number say, “I never receive a receipt number” 4. when asked about a service center ANSWER “at a service center” 5. When asked if 30 days have passed answer, “YES” 6. When asked about a tracking number, answer “YES” Also if you are the petitioner you will only be given info on the I-130 case unless the beneficiary of the I-485 is present and can be verified or else they will have to call for themselves. Hope this help somebody who is dying to speak to an agent instead of ‘ask Emma chat’

No, ask about anything after you get the agent in the phone. Just follow the instructions.
