Call center Tier 1 officer
Did someone recently called and was able to get the information from the officer in regards to the location of the application and case progress. I heard they are not disclosing the information due to new guidelines.

i spoke to a officer via Emma on Tuesday and they told me where my case was. I was doubling checking just bc I mailed it to Texas and on my letter it had California address. it’s still in Texas they said and still in current processing time and told me to check the website for processing times

I dont think that’s correct. If it’s your case youre asking about then you have all the right to now where your case is located. However, when you call EMMA says somethinh along the lines that you wont get any info on a case if you ARE NOT the petitioner, beneficiary or the lawyer of either party
