I don’t think you can renew C31. C31 is given to you when your vawa was approved. Their expectation is that once your vawa is approved, you go ahead and apply for your i485. And with a pending i485, you can apply for EAD C09 which can be renewed.

I have gone ahead and applied online for c09 , based on pending 485

you can renew c31 i renew mine in may and it was automatically extended. But the new law now which is starting today say they won't be EAD automatic extension.

@nono edes did you do paper filling and what was included with for 765 ? passport , old ead and 360 approval ?

@prazzi S i did paper filling i included approved vawa, old ead, differed action, i 485 receipt of notice.
