c31 ead
i recently got vawa approval ead (c31). it says not eligible for reentry in us. But i got c09 ead that says eligible for re entry. i was thinking of traveling what should i do. has anyone had same issue?

@sammy s this is not meant to scare you but like a very good lawyer advised...if your vawa is approved it doesn't mean your I-485 will be. It's best to stay put until they make a decision on it because worse case they deny and you're outside the country. It's your choice but it's a risk to travel with that now.

my cousin go after vawa approved 2 times and last month he go with green card

@sammy s You had received a c09 combo card based on your pending I-485 which has the advance parole which is used to return back to US.
Your c31 is another EAD which signifies that your VAWA is approved. Therefore, you can very well travel in and out of U.S. using your c09 combo ead card. Do not worry or feel scared about it. But when you enter back in any port of US, they will verify your status for 5 mins and will let you into U.S.
Note: if you have a criminal case then you should not exit.
