My PD 19 May 2023, I hope this bulletin including my PD🙏🙏🙏🙏

last month it came on the 8th, i have been checking since morning 🙂

I’m hoping to have final action date till May 2023

how to check and read the bulletin and apply to my PD? any ideas?

my pd in july 2023 ,I have a question will it only change at 10th of every month like monthly ir uscis can change it anytime any day ?so may be we can see change again in few days ?
