I really don’t understand how people who just applied this year are getting approved. make it make sense. Congratulations to them but wow, Also is it me or is the Brooklyn FO the slowest???

I submitted my rfe medical records a month ago, I delivered it myself. Not one update as yet and it's Brooklyn FO.

@J d I submitted mine 100 days ago and I received this update ( response to uscis request for evidence was received) on Friday.. it’s been 4 days without any further actions .. I’m waiting patiently this week but next week I’ll start pushing again

@J d @roro April 2022 my wife just spoke to USCIS regarding my I-130. On March 31st 2023, my I-130 was updated to “my case is actively being reviewed by USCIS”
so the agent today told us that my Case is ready for review by an Officer.

@roro my daughter sponsored me eight months now. My I130 was approved, and I dropped off my medical records. So no update now

@J d @God’s Timing my husband submitted my I-130 on Oct/2021 and it’s under actively reviewed since Feb/10/2023
( first Actively reviewed) .. I’m hoping to get my approval next month

I just that Brooklyn is so slow. hopefully the summer is ours
