Phew. Thank you! We got RFE also on the i-485 submission which we replied to on the same day via the online account. we by-passed our lawyer as he waits for the mail (I don't know why he doesn't utilise the online system). the 485 just says they have received the response. the concurrent 765 says they are "actively reviewing" (clearly not active as it's not being looked at) since biometrics and concurrent 131 is stuck on "received" notification. This process is a test if patience and perseverance!

@caoimhin, our cases are very similar and also our lawyers seem to be stuck in the time when online service wasn’t available 🥴

@rennay so I trusted him for so long but then I grew tired of the waiting phase of this process, so I asked him to link the account but he simply didn't want to. I even requested a new online access ID for him and it's been unutilised. at this stage it makes me laugh but I did want to pull his or my hair out earlier in the process!!!

LOL…so I told my lawyer I was issued an RFE, he asked me how I know. I said on the online account. he’s like, what’s that? like he’s completely oblivious to this or I’m stupid or something. he said he didn’t receive anything in the mail yet so I forwarded the screenshot of the RFE to him. ughh

@rennay literally same thing. For a while I assumed he knew better is that mail somehow gets dealt with faster than the online system so we went with it and trusted him but the trust diluted quickly tbh. He's got a fixed fee arrangement so there's zero motivation to make anything move anything faster than the current system supports, fair or otherwise. One can only laugh at this stage!

After my biometrics on October 4th, my online status changed to "being actively reviewed by USCIS" and November 29 changed to "interview scheduled".

I got a text and email from uscis saying “we have taken an action on your case” I received this message only 2 days after my biometrics, did anyone else get this text/email?

I got that after bio and when I checked my online status it changed to actively reviewing
