Biometrics Scheduling
Has anyone who filed EB3 I485 in mid-May received their biometrics appointment yet? I’m at 25 days and don’t know if it should have been scheduled by now? With many cases, I’ve seen biometrics fully completed by 1 month after filing, but I haven’t even had an appointment scheduled yet. Any recent timeline insight would be appreciated!
EB3 ROW, not from any paused countries.
Final Action Dates are current in my case.

hi, mine took about 30 days from recieved date to show in the uscis portal, shouldn't be long, you can print the schedule notice from the web in case mail is delayed.

I filed in 2023 but it took a year for me to get that notice. I think it was due to my I-140 still pending.
