Biometrics not yet scheduled
We just added my wife as my beneficiary to my GC. Her AOS application reached on May 31, 2024. USCIS issued a receipt on July 29, 2024 with receipt day of May 31 itself.
We have not received her biometrics schedule yet. It has almost been 100 days since they received the package and 40 days since receipt was issued. Does anyone know what can be done to expedite this process?

chat with Emma to ask for the current status. Expedite is rarely success but give a try. Can expedite with Emma real human agent, very easy to do.

@some one : I have tried to speak with them and they basically said to wait. thank you for your suggestion, I will keep on talking to Emma in a monthly basis

@m t : that is some long wait. did you figure out why they took 8 months? also did your application get approved after it?

did the fingerprints a few weeks ago. no approval yet. I never found out why it took so long. hoping for an approval soon.
