Someone just reported on a group that they called an agent who confirmed that they may reuse the biometrics they have on file. But one way you can sort this is to call USCIS to confirm what’s going on. I know someone who reached out to them and they sent the biometrics invite immediately.

@KY KY & @GC 2024 I called twice and every time I spoke to an agent they told me that they have not issued a biometric appointment yet and they can’t do anything about it. is there a way to reach tier 2 agent? how do you do that?

try using the phrase infopass and that at times work and gets you access to tier -2

they can use your any old biometric.. for my casr its been over 2 years now but i haven’t received any biometric notice.. my dependent recently received biometric.. so you never know if they are using it from old file or not.
