Biometrics
Wondering if anyone has some advice/experience. We submitted all our documents together for our AOS. We received our EAD at the beginning of the month, however our AP still says that our biometrics haven’t been applied to our case. We still haven’t received our AP.
Do you do one biometric appointment or should we have done one specifically for our AP? We have followed the instructions on the notices we have received.
Our case is also not current based on the retrogression. Our PD is February 2022.

You only need one appointment which you already did. Sometimes they apply biometrics late to AP like in my case. So, wait n watch.

Do check your notice that was stamped during biometric appointment. You can find the stamps on that paper.

my priority date is January 2022 ..and this is 2nd time retrogressed
