my daughter received biometrics appointment 10 days after they received application I-730

my wife and daughter also received after couple of weeks if I remember correctly

@Victoria R no, only fingerprints. we applied August 2024, so I think we won’t be approved at least until August of this year. I-730 processing times is 12.5 months unfortunately.

According to the cases this month, only 595 cases approved this month vs 3066 cases were approved last month, obviously slowed down for some reason.

same here.applied for my wife August 2023 .on October 2024 uscis asked for for request of evidence and for i590 for my wife.until now we are waiting the approval notice😔😔

@ali khedr you’ve been waiting a long time, have you considered suing USCIS?

@A K I actually took advice from two senior lawyers and both of them asked me to be patient and refused to file a case at the present time. They say that the situation is tense and filing a case could cause me problems with the current administration and even deportation. I don’t know honestly.. Waiting is killing me and my partner.
