Biometric schedule wrong location
Hello everyone
My I-485 application had an incorrect ZIP code (NY). Today I received my biometrics notice, and USCIS scheduled it in New York, but I live in Massachusetts.
I spoke with a live agent, and they submitted a reschedule request. My biometrics appointment is only 5 days away, but they told me it may take up to 30 days for a decision.
Has anyone experienced something similar? Please share your experience. Thank you.

You can reschedule your biometrics from Uscis account online. Once you login, check for biometrics reschedule option. Not sure if it allows biometrics from another state than your scheduled state.
