Greetings everyone,
I filed for my combo card Aug, 2023 and I had difficulty getting my OAC due to address issues. finally got about 2 weeks ago. Was going through my account and I discovered I had missed a biometric appointment, which was 7 months ago. what do y’all suggest I do? thanks in advance.

call them
right now and tell them you didn’t get a notice and want to reschedule!! 7 months damn! hopefully they won’t think you abandon your case

@It will work out Parker Thank you, it’s just so cruel, it took me 7 months to get the OAC, those live agents are not happy people, they don’t always help . one told me 3 months into my case that an OAC has not been generated yet , while another said they couldn’t confirm I’m the applicant. until I had to call in.

@Patiently Patience please call them we know how tedious uscis can be! so we just gotta do what we gotta do!
I’m currently waiting for my biometric to be rescheduled and they told me 30
days and it’s almost 60 days now! I’m tired to call them about it! so all I can do now is wait and hope for it to be rescheduled soon
