big change in processing time
The estimated wait time on my USCIS website for our I-130petition just changed from 9 months (last week) to 3 months today. it still says 16 months for 80% of cases to be decided.
Today is 180 days since we filed. Since then, our case has said actively reviewing since 8 December. it still says 8 December on myuscis.
Has anyone else noticed a big drop in processing time for US citizen filing for a spouse? Our case is for consular processing, not concurrent.

yes same with my case dropped from 8 months to 3 months. I hope its not error and we soon get the decision.

where are you guys getting this information. I submitted my form in 2021. I’m getting the earliest to check back is October 2025

There is actually tools outage till June 1st. It supposed to start tomorrow maybe that is why it’s showing incorrect data.

I just checked mine hoping to see the decrease from 6months but instead it says Your case is taking longer than expected to process. 😢

In my case, i130 from my husband who is a citizen to my daughter changed to 2 months today 😳🙏🏽. I also hope that it is not a mistake to generate false hopes.

@Sabrina Dias… mine also changed from 11 months to 5 months as well. Maybe they are actually making progress to move the process time faster
