Based on October Visa Bulletin, it says EB3 Skilled for Philippines cut-off would be November 15, 2022. My PD is July 22, 2022 based on the PERM acceptance. Can I expect an approval in October?

I am EB3 professional (rest of world) PD: July 2021. I filed my I485 in October 2023, I was current all the time until September 2024. and my application is still pending 🫤

@Priscilla Padron I’d probably be approved this October. Hopefully that the cut-off date November 15, 2024 will be their priority.

@witty143 yuppy I am early Jan 24 rest of the world also still pending, the pendings are too many so I doubt they will approve us all in October, probably gradually between October till December

does not mean your current=outright decision. Some are current for a year and nothing happened

its means if your officer review ur case that month, your case will be approved

mine got current march 2024 but still CRP until June 2024… got my PRC June 26th
