@lord 🥰 If your Vawa is already approved then they will send your I-485 to NBC where they process your application and send your RFE if they need Medicals or any other documents like Birth Certificate etc if not they can make a decision or send it to Local FO if they want to Interview you!

how about if your Vawa is not yet approved or biometric is not yet applied to I-360 and you get a receipt that says biometric is reused for I-485. what does that mean. please any idea guys or anyone is the same boat.

@Omobolaji Imran It will remain with the same status until the Vawa is approved then only they will start working on your I-485. Same happened to me!

@Omobolaji Imran It was like that for 10 months then my Vawa got approved and next day my I-485 got transferred to NBC after a week I received RFE for Medicals. Sent medicals to USCIS and It’s been 10 days now waiting for a decision.

@Omobolaji Imran FYI USCIS will not make any decision on your I-485 before Vawa approval.

@March 2023 ;NBC sent my 485 to Feild office on May 1/2024, hopefully 🤞 all good thing happens for me , for sure they want to do an interview for me 🤦🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️, so far they didn’t ask for resend of my medical exam . priority date of me is 08/14/2019 , my feild office is one of worst FO .😥😥

@hope hope I just checked, my case is still with NBC. I hope they just approve it without an interview and I wish you the same. We are almost there, we got this, Stay strong bud.

@March 2023 :that is a good sign for you .🤞🤞🤞🤞 uscis agent , some time said to me NBC , some of them said feild office . I really tired wherever it is , i want to be done ✔️
