I seen many comments about joint bank accounts as proof for i-130 . My husband lives in Mexico and I in the U.S.
By joint account what do you guys mean? Bank in the U.S or foreign bank? Im very confused on this subject. I have a U.S bank account and he has a Mexican Account. Can I add him to mine even tho he has no entry to the U.S. ? Or do we have to make a new one together ? Can I have a foreign account?

@Mel TZ That comment does not apply to you since your case is overseas. To support your i130 you will need proof of marriage such as marriage certificate and pictures to show you together and maybe trips you have taken to see him. Bank account for i130 are for couples living in the USA to demonstrate that the couple is living together by mingling funds. Hope that helps.
