Baltimore FO
I’m just here wondering if there are cases being approved in Baltimore FO❗️Has anyone being approved there in Baltimore Field office, I’m just curious. I’ve been told my Interview was waived but my case is within the processing time. it’s been 384 days and I don’t know what else to do.
This is what I’m getting from these agent
“I understand, currently, your case is pending with the USCIS BALTIMORE FIELD OFFICE. At this time, there is no pending action being requested of you, the Applicant. Also your case is marked as Interview Waived, please note the local field office can remove this wavier and schedule for an interview if deemed necessary. As for the time frame You can get an idea of how long it will take to process your case from the processing time table available on our website at egov.uscis.gov/processing-times.
Enter the Form, Form Category, and Field Office or Service Center, from the drop downs. You will be given a processing time frame. You can then enter your receipt date and select the "Get Inquiry Date" box. If the message indicates "You can send us questions about your case by submitting a Service Request online" you can submit a
"Case outside normal processing time" e-request at egov.uscis.gov/e-
request/Intro.do. Thank you for contacting the USCIS Contact Center, enjoy the rest of your day!

@b j Queens New York FO took the title for slowest in the country. Their average processing time stands at 32.5 months. I hardly hear about activity there. I'm about to hit a year and haven't received my medical RFE. @ty th yes you can ask your senator to look into your case on your behalf. I tried it but unfortunately it made no difference but each senator is different
