Baltimore Field Office A Joke
after pressing and applying pressure on my i485 which they have still failed to make a decision,they are now talking about i130 which has not been approved after almost 3 years since we interviewed.They are saying that it is still within their normal processing period of 56 months so I should allow them more time to look into our petition and i485 . basically saying the i130 was petitioned with the i485 and until that gets approved I shouldn’t bother them with my i485 lol . The i485 however is outside of normal processing period that’s why I’m going harder with them .
I’m done at this point lol . They can eat and drink this case and make their decision whenever they choose to do so.

this is my story right here...
I was in thier office on Monday to let them know that I need to expedite my i485 due to humanitarian reasons,all they could say is that i.have no evidence after the death certificate of my husband. Very frustrating.

have you tried contacting your Congressman? that’s what am handling right now, i filed on Nov 15th 2021 n nothing till todate.

yes many times I contacted them......all they will say is uscis said it still under normal processing time. and have been on this journey since 2019
