Baby on interview
Hi community!
I have a question: I have my N-400/I-751 appointment on November 5th in NJ. I need to go with my wife, and we have a 4-month-old baby. Is it okay to bring the baby to the appointment, or are babies not allowed? I’m asking because it is really difficult for us to find a babysitter for that date and time.
FYI;
TIMELINE

-Notice to reuse fingerprints on August 2025

I vote for bringing the birth certificate and looking for a babysitter if possible. That avoids the stress /distraction should the little one get fussy. It also avoids separate interview due to fussy baby if the officer had not planned on it otherwise. (You know your child best - some are perfect angels who rarely cry. Mine was more unpredictable)
