B2 Visa
We are currently waiting on the I-130 to get approved (via consular processing). I am a U.S citizen, and my husband lives in Mexico. I am currently pregnant, and since the consular process usually takes about 2 years, we don’t want my husband to be unable to see his child for the first 2 years of his life. is it possible that my husband would be able to get a B2 visa to come visit and meet his child ?

I did submit the K3 about 2 months ago, but It still has not been reviewed.

@Bryn F They are not gonna give him a visitor visa while he has a pending I-130
