@kevaughn Gallimore yes Atlanta is very slow. we have similar timeline. I applied Feb 2022 and had my interview since March 2023. My I-130 was approved July 2024 still nothing on 485. So annoying

yea to have I-130 approve and waiting on I-485 is crazy .. smh . Just very frustrating to be honest @J B .. I hope they approve your I-485 soon .

I was in the same situation as you@kevaughn Gallimore. I filled November of 2021. a lot of RFE then I got Noid last year August, i130 approved September last year and i485 was approved 5 days ago, now it’s saying card produced , I wish you all the best , I have been there, I feel you

I-130 approved today however i got the “we have taken action on your case email” check the tab and the approval is there but status says actively reviewing .. nothing on the I-485 still actively reviewing since my interview April 2024

quick update for RFIE to submit a new medical as the one I submitted expired , so here getting my medical done today 🙏🏾

Hi @Kevaughn Gallimore I recieved a bunch of ‘we have taken action’ emails yesterday. After checking my online account I saw a RFIE for medicals and currently working on getting it updated. Have u sent yours and if yes, any update after that? My I-485 status also changed to we are actively reviewing your case.

Mine was on a white paper so I am guessing the original was sent to my Lawyer. I am planning to send it on my own to avoid further delay by my lawyer.

@J B yes I got the notification that they recieve my response yesterday however the only thing I did was put my RFE I recieved in the mail in a FedEx envelop with seal medical and mail it

@Kevaughn Gallimore I think they know what they are doing. Because of the recent note on the website you cannot contact them again for another 6months. We can only 🙏 at this point. Thanks for letting me know yours is showing step 3 cos I was lowkey freaking out before.

@J B so when I applied for my EAD I got one that has valid for dhs work only, but I guess they sent a new one without the restrictions on it when you apply for AOS .. and yes very fast , I am sure you will hear something soon.. check to see if the date they receive your medical changes

@J B yes it changed 30 mins after recieving the info from congressman where uscis says a decision should be made within 60 days blah blah ..

I read on Reddit that for some people when they get the recieve response twice for RFE they get a decision.
