@Rocco Forté Birth certificate and interview went well I would think cos she only grilled me on why I did not go back after school..& she didn't look at my documents or pictures. So I don't know what to think 😪

ATL too ? I swear ATL is far behind like I don’t know how they operate but they need a new supervisor and new staff members

@oma omalicha I think they are still looking at your immigration history. Just give it time. Were you separated at your interview?

@Rocco Forté No we weren’t. it lasted 20 mins but kept bombarding me on what I have been doing and living since school😩😭

@oma omalicha I would like to know my god damn self ! they requested RFE and lost it and requested another then open it in Oct 2023 and 4 months later they don’t know. I called them and u know what they told my congress lady ? lol they told her my case is sitting there lol and waiting for availability for interview like what ?????? like it sitting there ? bro just approve and stop making things difficult or back log

@gigi wright exactly my point I was talking to live agent I told him why they approve AP when you can make a decision on my GC… it’s crazy and they keep screaming backlog when they are the ones creating it…

@oma omalicha They are profiling you smh. Lowkey waiting to see if your marriage will fall apart. Theres no reason why a case filed since 2022 should still be pending till now.

@Rocco Forté idk what they smoking but it has to be crack at this point cause Atl office strategy don’t make sense to me at all. like why hold it for interview when clearly interviews are not open ?
